a split [rupture] among friends; a division in the camp; internal trouble [discord].

～する ＝～をする.

●その暴力団は仲間割れして幾つかの小さい組に別れた. The crime syndicate split itself into several minor groups.

●仲間割れをする[起こす] fall out (with each other); disagree [quarrel] among themselves [ourselves]
